1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Solira Studio (TODO: full legal name, address, tax ID), email: kontakt@solirastudio.pl.

2. What we collect and why

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, optionally a phone number, and the content of your message. We use them solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

The hosting server stores standard access logs (IP address, time, browser) for security purposes. The site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.

3. Embedded YouTube / Vimeo videos

Portfolio videos load only after you click them. At that point you connect to YouTube (Google) or Vimeo servers, which may set their own cookies according to their privacy policies.

4. Retention

Form messages are kept for the duration of the correspondence and up to 12 months after it ends, unless a contract is concluded — then for the period required by tax and accounting law.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of and port your data, and to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). For data matters write to kontakt@solirastudio.pl.

6. Recipients

Data may be processed by our hosting and email provider (OVHcloud) under a data processing agreement. We do not sell or share data with other parties.
